It's always clean when I go deliver there it's not very noisy even though there are a lot of children from time to time during certain hours outside I do see a mix of people that live there old and young males and females I would say overall 3.5 out of 5 I would give it four stars if you took the power washer to all your concrete that includes in front of the doors of the apartments which let's face it it really needs it barring that they look like really good Apartments

You do not want to know what I think of the person in the office...I think she only rents to a certain type of people if you ask me. But God bless her and the business as well.
