Living here wasn’t the issue it’s quiet neighborhood, I feel there was always a lack of communication with the office. I moved out due to upsizing from a 2bedroom to a 3 bedroom somewhere else & still have not received my security deposit. I’ve emailed the office manager, I’ve called the office to follow up and no response in 3 weeks since I first called. Just wish someone would pick up the phone for once. I’ve been calling for over a week to check on my application.
The construction is awful I pay rent to Saturday here and have had all my things I need to live in boxes nothing to eat on or with everything unplugged we can't eat shower or live the way I pay !! I have 2 kids one with ADHD autism and both have allergies and asthma..I packed all my things because I was threatened with tot if my things were not in boxes under and on top of my bed so they could navigate as I have done ..still nothing done still can't sleep eat or bathe in an apartment I pay for ...besides the construction the... read more
they let these apartments go and now that they have money for Rehab they're expecting everybody to all of a sudden start following the rules and they have evicted 20 good people. You dont what to live here. Trash everywhere. Constant sewer leaks.8/25/2025 8:55am no smoking including electronic vapes
I liveed there for over a year the manager is awesome and they always were there on time to fix everything I moved out and I wish to God I hadn't it's a great community of people great neighbors and a quiet clean place to live
