Tour was great with Lois. She answered all questions and made sure we felt comfortable were hoping to call this our forever home
Booked a tour since me and my boyfriend were super interested in this apartment. I go in and the lady says she didn’t take her lunch so she can’t give me a tour?! Asked if I can be come in later on or if I can come another day. No I can’t since I made an hour drive for the tour. Super unprofessional was excited to try this place out but clearly I can’t.
Small community of renovated apartments in walking distance to the downtown. The staff here are so responsive and the maintenance crew was out clearing snow at 5:30 in the morning to ensure safety of residents. My work orders were always promptly addressed. There is a train track that runs right behind the complex but I never found the noise to be disruptive. While I was a resident, the property transitioned to be completely nonsmoking which was a huge plus!
I came home the other night to find it was cold in my apartment. I made a quick maintenance request on the app also made a phone call. Almost immediately I received a text alerting me that they would be over shortly. Cory came over and switched up the batteries in my he thermostat and fixed!! 😁
Mary was very professional in showing me what was available and explained the process to relocate to Hillside Apartments should I decide at a later date.
