My poor Baby had to have surgery. The staff and Vet were so awesome and made both of us feel so much better. I’m so glad I found a good vet
I called Hillside about a rabies vaccine for our nearly 15 year old lab. Our now previous vet clinic wouldn’t work with us to accommodate for our old gals needs. The staff at Hillside was so kind and accommodating for her and her needs. They really treated her like she was the most special dog ever and she left no worse for the wear. My fears about our trip disappeared the moment we got there.and I’m so glad we went to Hillside.
Our Golden Retriever Riley became very ill on Sunday and could not walk and he felt very warm. Our regular vet was not available and we knew we had to have him seen immediatel. I called my Daughter and she recommended Hillside Animal Hospital we are so pleased with Riley care and he was doing so much better by evening and even better by morning. Thank you so much 😊 🐶
Hillside was so understanding and willing to work with us as poor college students when our kitty started having some urinary issues.
Switching all future pet care to a different clinic. I took my dog here for several years and after her last illness, I've decided there has got to be a better clinic. A place that will actually remember your pet when you bring them in. A place where they don't just give you medicine and say good luck. A place that truly cares about your animal and will call to ask how your pet is doing. That is not this clinic.

Hillside was our hospital when we lived in La Crosse. They saved the lives of two of our cats, and provided compassionate, thorough affordable care (though I would gladly pay considerably more to receive the same level of care).
So patient with my highly energetic and curious pup. Everyone from reception to doctors are great, caring, and personable people. Answered my list of questions and made sure I didn't have any more before leaving. Doug actually loves going back! �
