Hillsdale Rental Management was very good about responding to maintenance calls no matter the time or day of the week. Super friendly people to rent from However, it is difficult to get full security deposits back. In both houses I rented, we were charged for things such as repainting walls and cleaning carpets that should be general upkeep cost on the company not the renters. The houses were also quite dirty when moving in, but that falls more so on the cleaning company they use.
