This place fucking sucks u got a maintenance man but he isn't able to do shit for the residents ?!?! I don't own this damn trailer yet so u should be fixing the shit that's wrong im not asking u to pay for the parts and shit that need repaired but the least u can do is furnish the labor!!!!
