Very impressed... granted there was no one waiting! But was in and out with my son who had an ear infection in less than a half hour!!

I am very disappointed. I've never had a doctor be so rude to me about what was going on with my, almost, 2 year old daughter. As I was explaining to him what was going on, he gotten up to my face, (kinda shoved his beliefs down my throat- it's how it felt) told me what he thought was going on, and walked out the door without any proper help let alone hearing me out about what was going on. I guarantee it's going to be another worthless bill coming to my mailbox. Waste of time. Next time, I'm reconsidering on going somewhere... read more

I can tell you that living in hillsdale my whole life and having a mother that has worked for that hospital for more than 40 years, i would rather cut my arm off before going to that hospital. I had a major heart condition that was missed by Hillsdale but thankfully caught by the cardiologists at henry ford Allegiance in Jackson. So i will continue all my care as far away from that place as possible. What was crazy was i was given excuses as to why it was missed instead of honesty. Not cool!!!
