Havng moved here from metro Detroit, Hillsdale Hospital is the Country Club of healthcare. My care and the care I have witnessed exemplifies professional, personal attention to patient needs. I have had 2 surgeries, an emergency room visit, and outpatient tests, all services have been far above my expectations. Thank you! Also thank you for limiting patient and staff flu exposure by restricting visitation access. Great idea.
I went to the ER Saturday with a kidney stone. I walked in the ER doors and told them I was sure I had a stone (I have had two more in previous years elsewhere). They were very attentive and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes IF that long to be seen. I was very impressed with how fast and efficiently everything moved. I don't remember my nurses names, but the doctor was Dr. Bali. He was very caring and kind. Thanks to everyone who helped care for me! God bless you!
Sitting here watching The good doctor, wish doctors were like the ones on TV, caring and understanding of your ailment but still aware of mental health disorders. Knowing and understanding a patient has mental health issues can absolutely help you better treat the patient, being mean, patronizing or treating them like it's their fault will only inhibit treatment and make the patient not trust you or want to come back even if they know they have to. I had to have a full hysterectomy and was scared to say the least. Dr. Bediako was amazing and walked me through every stage. I had several questions and concerns prior to surgery, he was available, even when not in the office, to answer any questions. The anesthesiologist were amazing as well along with the surgical staff, nurses etc. I was hospitalized for 3 nights on the OB floor. All the nurses were amazing and really made me feel comfortable. The dietary staff was also amazing. Thank you to all.
Treated us like garbage. Floor supervisor very rude. Took my son wheel chair away. When he clearly needed it. Very unprofessional.. Never returning.. Don't know who they paid off for top 100. thats a lie.
