I went in last night with severe lower abdominal pain. I was admitted without delay and was seen immediately by the nurse, Leann. Everyone was very kind, thorough, and reassuring. I was examined by Dr. Sabek; also very thorough and reassuring. He explained everything very clearly and referred me for further tests and explained what those tests might entail. Lisa (I think that's her name) in radiology that performed the scan was very nice and professional as well.
My wife just underwent a Caesarian at HH BC and the staff is amazing. Dr. Dula is wonderful to work with. She answered all our question and has really good instincts. The nurse staff at the BC is top notch. Penny, Hillary, April, Krystal, Kali, Jen, Val and anyone I’m forgetting are the best staff I’ve ever seen in healthcare. They took such good care of us!! Nothing negative to say. I highly recommend Dr. Dula and HHBC.
To all the wonderful Nurses, Cna's and P.T.'s these people are very dear to my heart! They have saved my life more than once! They do their jobs with grace and care. Thank you all !!! YOu ROCK!!!!
Im not one to post reviews, but I feel its necessary. I am honestly so disappointed in how terrible my mom was treated by a few nurses in the ER last night. The supervisor was so inconsiditerate, rude & unproffesional to say the least. & she was not the only nurse that was that way. Its a shame that these nurses ruin the reputation for the other nurses that were very caring & very helpful.
My mom just went in today thinking she was having a heart attack and they acted as if she was a bother to them acted as if it wasn't ergent.. She even asked for a blanket twice because she was cold and they all ignored her... She was there for about 3 hrs. And not a care in the world from anyone who come across her. I'm so dissapointed : (
