RecommendedI have had several operations and a few stitches, shots, blood draws, scans and ex rays at our community hospital! Not to mention the many times they saved My Father, Mother and Sisters lives! YES I ABSOLUTELY RESPECT AND AM GRATEFUL FOR HILLSDALE HOSPITAL!!!
First time used Hillsdale Hospital. My husband had hernia surgery and everything went smoothly everyone was so friendly and very caring. They explained everything very well.
takes them 45 min just to wait on sombody or come to the room. when ask for somthing they may not even follow through. very disgusted. housekeepings and staff are all lazy
Mom had great care as she had a hip repaired... surgeon was top notch and staff so wonderful. The rooms were lovely.
Although I've not necessarily had an issue with the care I've received, it's the billing policies I have an issue with. I don't understand how someone who is paying on a bill, without fail every month, can not only be flat out REFUSED a payment plan, but be sent to collections without being sent a final notice of any kind. Not everyone can afford the mandatory $50 monthly payments required by your billing department policies. It boils my blood to hear so many women (myself included) talk about the emotional pain they experienced after giving birth at hillsdale hospital. Where if you so much as request more than one thing that isn’t “routine” to them, you will be treated with indifference and the plan for YOUR BIRTH gets completely overran and not for any medical reasons whatsoever, plain laziness and carelessness. Find Dr's that listen to patient concerns instead of the old treat and street method very unsatisfying when for the second straight day they will be letting me leave with an elevated blood pressure without addressing the problem
Quick, professional, and effective in the ER. I came in last night with a case of anaphylactic shock after a sting, and they moved fast and efficiently. A terrifying experience overall, but I was in good hands! Thanks to the whole medical staff. Hillsdale Hospital is a wonderful resource to have in a small town!
