Recommendedjust left the er with my husband who has pneumonia. even though it was crazy busy they did a wonderful job. we all know that when were sick you have to deal with our bad attitudes and you guys did it with smiles on your faces. although I don't remember all the nurses that helped I think libby was our consistent nurse and she was great thank you for all your hard work and positive attitudes
Our care at Hillsdale Hospital's ER was fine, but the billing through Alteon Health/Island Medical has been the most frustrating billing experience I have ever had. I am inclined to drive to a different ER in the future just to not have to get a bill from Alteon. If you go look at Alteon's FB page, you'll see that many people have these same problems with them.
barbaric and disgusting hospital. why would you offer genital mutilation surgery. WAKE UP!
Rooms weren't kept clean even, staff never really bothered to check on my mom while she was there.
This facility has a below standard billing department. I took my daughter there for care in 2017 and paid the bills I received via mail. Here we are in 2019 with a bill from collections that I have not received over the last 2 years.
The Staff in emergency dept..and 1st floor staff took great care of my husband with 8 broken ribs.. special thanks to Elise..i think i have her name spelled right..she was awesome.. and thanks to Dr Baxter..
the workers here are the most curtious and helpful I've ever had caring for me,you all are amazing!!! to the Dr who cared for me you are the best, and I seen how much you cared....Dr Shukr (hope I spelt that right) Thank you doctor...your the best!!! I've been in alot of hospitals throughout my life.. only recommendation I can come up with is keep up the amazing work you all do.... 👍👍👍❤💚💜💙💛 5 star
