Natalie is the BEST. The only office manager in Topeka I personally have came across that is prompt in returning phone calls, get you in for showings and helping you get everything in order to move in! The property is very well kept, definitely has a homey vibe, it's quiet and sets right by a residential area. Very safe area and well worth the rent! Idk what happened to this place, but ive been waiting for 34 days to get my ac unit replaced. Apparently, beings that they gave me a portable ac unit for my bedroom only, that was supposed to appease me for 10 days:(. The portable unit keeps my bedroom at a wonderful 78 while the rest of my apartment is null and void bc it's over 80. I can't cook, clean, watch TV in the living room. I'm stuck in my bedroom! Natalie was amazing when she helped me and my roommate apply and get everything set up since it was our first apartment! Super friendly and very patient with us girls and helps us whenever we need it!
Natalie is an amazing apartment manager, when we came to see the apartment she was so friendly and kept us in the loop. She was also very helpful since it was our first time renting, we definitely love it here as everyone is so kind and friendly. The maintenance people also get things taken care of quickly and problem solve to get you the best results.
