Called here recently to see if I could get an appointment with MH. I was told I need not have a referral at the Main VA in Portland. Thus, I called. The lady on the phone was snappy and dismissive. I just relocated to this area and needed care. It appeared that she was bothered of me, stating that it was a long waiting line and wanting to know if there were alternative options. Once again met with polite, helpful staff…. They went out of there way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Detailed explanations of all my bloodwork results and preventative measures for my health, they even followed up next day with a va clinic in Az to get missing data! Awesome experience ty staff at Hillsboro Va Clinic!
The staff is always prompt and courteous to us every time we have been there. 5 stars for sure!
