Nurse does not listen to what you say or believe what info you are giving her which resulted in leaving the appointment to prove that there want not a red envelope a SECOND time. Never called Providence to confirm details. One of our two appointments also included her asking my husband directly if he smoked or vape with extreme passion in her face. They wont help advise your children while you wait months for appointments. The only clinic I have ever been to that has a ridiculous rule. They are children things happen. Illness, injury, whatever. But nope of course not. We need to have a appointment first.
Nurses were terrible. They did not care about our concerns for our child. Kept pushing shots we did not want. Would not explain to us certain thangs we asked for. Will definitely be finding a new place who actually cares about our child and makes us feel safe for her to be there. Also they are to lazy to call and get our childs records from another clinic so they have no idea about anything for our kid. Get people who care about there jobs and kids and not there for a paycheck
