Horrible experience had to repeat multiple times to the front office my kids birthdays and private information out loud.
Both of my kids have been going to this practice since birth (they are now 7 and 9 years old). We have always been so thankful for the thoughtful care they provide and the extended hours and after hours nurse/doctor line. Dr. Pratt is our primary pediatrician but we have used other doctors and LNP's when Dr. Pratt was not available and have always received great care.
We are new patients and are very happy with Hillsboro Pediatrics! Dr. Pratt makes my kids feel so comfortable and she’s so nice and thorough and explains everything so well. My kids are actually excited to go to the doctor every time.
My children's pediatrician is great. Although trying to schedule an appointment is not easy. I was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and no one picked up.
