Dr. Dawn Warddrip (and every other provider we've seen here) is wonderful with neurodivergent kids - extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain each little step to my kid, let him hold the tools, reassure him that it won't hurt (and may even tickle!), and let him have his comfort items when things are uncomfortable. I hold the deepest respect and gratitude to my children’s physician, Dr. Beth Mossman. She gives the most excellent, high-quality, above and beyond care that we’ve ever received. My children are 16 and 13 and have been seeing Dr. Beth for most of their lives. I don’t know where would be without her. She listens, and she extends her care to me (mom) by giving me clear, straightforward information, advice, and endless support . She’s never pushy and always makes us feel comfortable. Our son is close to two now and has had a decent count of doctor visits. Most result and a really intense and uncomfortable experience for my little one. The staff and doctors at this clinic have been stable, kind, caring. Today, we went for our check up and their dedication and warmth nailed it. Our son was able to enjoy the experience. Great staff, nurses, and doctors. So thankful to have access to this type of care. If you want to go somewhere that respects your time, your appointment time, and doesn't have you sitting around waiting for the doctor for over an hour with no explanation you should probably go somewhere else.
Our child has received excellent care at this clinic (both Main St and Orenco locations). Catherine Nguyen has been his PCP for several years, and if our insurance hadn't changed we'd stay with Catherine and Hillsboro Pediatric for as long as we could. Thanks for caring so well for our kiddo!
