The crappy reviews on this site conform to my own experience. Doctors are well trained and intentioned, but overwhelmed with competing responsibilities and demands on their time, particularly teaching. They regularly cancel appointments, and you can't get another appointment for 4-5 weeks if you are lucky. If you see someone other than your regular doctor, they have no idea about your history, and if there is follow up needed from that one-off appointment, it doesn't happen.
