My husband started going to this clinic for knee replacement. He saw another doctor for meds. The doctor that my husband saw for meds has been rude and condescending. When my husband talks to him, he overtalks him. Also the PA was very rude and threatening.My husband has had four surgeries in three years and is facing several more. He has gotten the runaround about meds that he needed. Also he made a review that has disappeared from the reviews.
Front desk staff was nice. Checked in and sat and waited to be called back. Nurse Greta called me back and got me situated. She was so sweet and kind. I was struggling to get my jacket off from having wrist surgery and she helped me without me even asking. Bless her.
Dr. Langer did a wonderful job with my surgery. He operated on my left hand,, and I need to have my right hand operated on next. I have no problem letting him operate on me. Dr. Langer explained everything prior to surgery and answered all my questions during surgery.
Front staff super sweet! My surgeon Atwater amazing! Got checked out by this other Dr the other day and he made me feel sooo belittled and bad about having anxiety. Sent him a mychart and instead of apologizing for his wrongdoings he stays let’s keep you in Atwater’s services… I do not appreciate the disrespect… and my assumption is this Dr is also the same one who freaked me out right before my surgery stating I’d die if I went in due to them finding traces of a drug because of laced marijuana…..
