Terrible communication since Dr. Hapke left. Several mixed messages between letters, texts and calls about continuation of care. I've been a patient for at least 20 years but told now that I need to go to OHSU Portland Digestive health for care because I'm a complex case. I really miss Dr. Hapke who was kind, thorough and listened to his patient.

I have been a patient here for years. My doctor just left their practice and I called to discuss the results of my most recent ultrasound. They said that they don't have anybody to take care of me now and they're too busy unless it's an emergency. I could see why they are not getting great reviews. The person that spoke to me didn't seem to have a proper resolution
