Negative 5 stars. I was taken by ambulance due to the fact that I was having complications from a surgery the week before. There were 3 "nurses" that attempted to insert an IV in my arm, I was in severe pain, the nurse says that after she gets an IV in me that they can give me some pain meds. After they struggled for over 45 minutes, the "doctor" comes in and tells me that they have no services at their facilities and he proceeds to tilt the head of the bed towards the floor. Love how doctors assume a tooth infection automatically means you're a drug addict. I went to the hospital today for antibiotics, and the doctor asked if I do meth just because of a tooth infection. I explained that my dentist (Dr. Balen) was supposed to replace a filling that fell out. He rescheduled twice, then canceled, and eventually retired without telling me so I couldn’t even make plans. Can’t even call them a band aid hospital anymore, they won’t even do that. They treat everyone as seekers. Go in unable to walk leave unable to walk. Going to this place did me no good whatsoever. Still have to miss work for Dr because they don’t want to do anything to help people.
I have serious concerns about staff behavior at this facility, particularly regarding safety and professionalism. I observed conduct that I believe is inappropriate and unsafe for vulnerable individuals. I strongly recommend families do thorough research before placing a loved one here, especially in the new "swing bed/rehab" program.
