Wonderful, friendly, professional staff. Dr. Givens has been great neutering my 2 hedgehogs. both recovered very well. thank you to the staff!
Dr Ladd at Hillsboro AH has been such an amazing vet to my personal dogs as well as the SPCA of Tennessee dogs. The whole staff is amazing and so caring and loving to all my pets. I love them!!!

We have been taking our pets to Hillsboro Animal Hospital since the early 70"s and would never take them anywhere else. Dr. Steve Ladd, Sr. is our primary vet, but we are comfortable with anyone there if he is not available. The entire staff is wonderful and we are so happy with the excellent care and compassion everyone gives to our pets and their humans.

From routine checkups to health emergencies to end-of-life care, Dr. Ladd has been the most skilled, professional, and compassionate vet I could ever imagine. He and the other vets have always explained options in procedures and potential costs. The vet techs and support staff are equally knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Hillsboro!
Many years ago a vet here that I remember only as Dr. Paul took care of my siamese cat Pywacket. She got into many escapades but she would watch Dr. Paul.like she knew he would help. Everyone helped my loud mouth cat even though she was was incensed that she was there. Secretly she knew they would help! I will always recomend Hillsboro Animal Hospital. Thanks guys for your care of my cat oh so long ago!
Steve Ladd has been my vet since the early 80’s. He is a prince, and his son, Stephen, is the vet of our newest pup, Buckley. The HAH staff are attentive, empathetic, wonderful. So grateful that these people are nearby, My husband took our mini Dachshund in today to see Dr. Ladd and had a typical satisfying visit. Thank you all.

The doctors at Hillsboro Animal Hospital treated our dogs for the last 12 years we lived in Nashville and were, without exception, kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. After two years away, we have temporarily relocated back here and taken our precious dog there again. Everyone- reception staff, vet techs and physician- are just the best. We love Hillsboro Animal Hospital!
