Unprofessional front desk staff. To make things worst Dr Shadpoor stood by her staff and did not even think of apologizing and was happy to let her 24 year old customer go elsewhere. This place has become the worst PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER AND HER STAFF.

I've been going to Hills Vision Studio for several years now and feel quite satisfied with the attention I've received, and the interaction with the staff. I've never been pressured to buy anything, they were more than happy to give me a prescription should I want to go anywhere else. My experience was very positive.

I had an AWFUL experience here! Sandra, the office manager, or whatever she was Rude, Disrespectful and unprofessional. She said she called and left a message on my cell phone when she DID NOT call as iphone clearly shows who called and who didn't and she did NOT. First they were going to order my glasses frames. I went in, measured, ordered, we thought that was it at the end of the year 2015 to order my glasses on our insurance. Time passed, no glasses. Terrible, terrible customer service. Overcharged me TWICE and refused to make any effort to get lenses for lower cost, because "the doctor doesn't want to do the paperwork to open an account with another lab". Lost my business and my husband's business for good! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
