I was tenant of one of their units for about 1 year. As long as you do not have any issues you will most likely not have a problem with them. If you rent from them take lot of pictures of any issues in the unit/house as they will be important when it is time to move out. Make sure to add everything they miss on their move in walkthrough sheet and send it to them (keep copies) or it will end up being on you. I had two issues in my dealings with them.
