Hillrock is greatly improving their property look and surroundings. Over the past year that I have resided here it has been good. Hillrock is located in a good area which gets you to all points of the city within 20/25 minutes. Plaza Midwood is minutes away with great restaurants and entertainment and it is easily located on the bus line convenient to neighboring grocery stores. Check it out, see Ke’Swanna and Nika in the front office they will assist you greatly.
From the first time I walked into the office simply asking for information until now, I’ve been treated like family by every single staff member. Ke’Swanna went above and beyond with communication and making me feel at ease throughout the entire move-in process, answering my questions and responding to emails quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable and I am extremely happy with my decision to move to HillRock.
I would highly recommend living here, the apartments are lovely, spacious and very clean and well kept. The office manager is very professional and nice, she make you feel welcome like you're part of the Hillrock family.
I had to relocate a bit ago after living here 6-1/2 yrs, broke my heart to leave. Great management, awesome experience, wonderful neighbors, good location, anything that ever needed addressing was taken care of quickly and professionally. If the opportunity arises to get back to Charlotte, I sure hope & pray There's an opening here.
I moved in today Oct 20 the office staff were all friendly as well as supportive with their assistance with ensuring that all my apt accommodations were beyond excellence. The apt was well prepared for move in.
I came into to inquire about an apartment and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I could really see myself and daughter living here.
