I love everything about Hillrise. Nice people, punctual service. Have never said I needed treatments that I didn't need, no extra things added that my insurance doesn't cover. Wonderful!! Thanks!!!
Dr Southwell is the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever been to. His work is top-notch and while your at his office and under his care, you feel as if you're getting concierge care. Dr Southwell and his staff are all extremely kind and personable. I absolutely love that Dr. Southwell has never hurt me while working on my teeth. I've already told Dr Southwell that if I ever move, I'll drive or fly back to him for ALL my dental care. THERE'S NO BETTER DENTIST IN VENTURA COUNTY or SoCal.
One of my husband's fillings fell out. Called and gave all info regarding health and prescriptions he's on. Said it was fine and to come in. Husband went into today, Dr walked in stated he wasn't comfortable performing any procedures on my husband due to meds he's on and recommended he see an oral surgeon, then charged my husband for the "Consultation". $100 for Nothing!
Every time my wife and I come here, which lately is often, the staff are so friendly and professional!!! I highly recommend Hillrise Dental!!
I would recommend Dr. Southwells to everyone he is a great dentist also kind and compassionate!
Early Sunday morning I had more tooth pain then I could handle and called Dr. Southwells office which also gave his cell for an emergency., I called his cell and Dr. Southwell met me in 45 minutes for service. Dr. got me operationally sound until until I could see him during regular working hours. Hopefully this never happens to me ever again. Dr. Southwell will have my business for as long as he will take me. He is not just kind and polite but a GREAT dentist. Thank you Dr.
