I lived here or 5 years. I lived at the end so I stayed longer than if i had been in the middle of the complex. By the time I moved out they were painting the doors and shutters and jacking up the rent by 200 dollars. Drug deals were going down every where, used needles on the playground, apts being robbed constantly, and the front office treated you awful. I had paid my rent on time for 5 yrs, rarely called for repairs because we did them ourselves, no one would come for months anyways to fix anything. Do not move here!!!!!... read more

RUDE AND DISGUSTING! I would not recommend anyone to live here. I am here staying with my mother and it has been nothing but problems. Upon her move in the first light bill was $200 PLUS because the A/C was not operating correctly, that took two months for them to finally listen to me and replace the unit! 2nd, They have their lawn company come and wake people up around 8am because they assume everyone here has kids or a job so what the hell?
