This is now private condo residences. Not sure why Google Maps has it listed except maybe for historical reference. Originally built in 1885 out of brick, it was purchased by Pittsburgh industrialist J.H. Hillman around 1900 and reclad in limestone as well as enlarged. Converted to 6 condos in 1977 in order to save the structure and make it financially viable into the 21st-Century, it continues to attract attention from everyone that passes by on 5th Ave.
