Trying to speak to ANYONE is horrific… tried to get information from my radiation but was blown off. Had to go elsewhere just to be evaluated after five radiation treatments. Had to get a script from a PCP months after the last treatment just to know what the PSA levels were. The staff push you through and some of them can’t even answer questions about the treatment. The doctors and staff are really kind but there is a real time management problem and if you need to reschedule god forbid you are out of luck I was scheduled for two separate appointments today and hour apart and the first appointment was labs and I didn’t get seen for almost an hour I had to leave because I didn’t have another hour to wait because I had to get back to work when trying to reschedule there was a long wait line of folks having to do the same thing so I just told them to call me. I literally would not trust these people to fix a paper cut, let alone try to correctly treat any type of cancer. Please do not waste your TIME or MONEY coming to this place expecting them to save you or your loved one.
