Terry was not only incredibly knowledgeable about carpets but he was very patient and willing to share his knowledge regarding the weaving and care of the carpets! I felt his price was more than fair and to top it off he delivered my carpets when they were ready. I plan on referring Hilliards to all my friends.

They did a great job cleaning dining chairs for me. I would recommend and will use them again for the chairs, rugs, carpets or couch.

This company was a pleasure to deal with! I recently had one of our rugs cleaned for the first time and my goodness, it came back smelling and feeling great-- I love walking on it barefoot to feel the softness of the wool! We have 2 dogs who believe the rug is theirs, so it was amazing to see the rug come back looking brand new. Terry was very kind and great! We will be using Hilliard Rug Cleaners for all our rug cleaning from now on :)

I have been using Hilliard Rug Cleaners for a number of years now. I own and operate a construction business and we tend to get a bit dirty. Every time we have used Hilliard Rug Cleaners...Mike and the team have provided the utmost care and attention. They are punctual each and every time. The price is highly competitive.

So many beautiful rugs to choose from and I can't begin to describe how lovely our new rug looks in our living room. The father and son team were fabulous, helpful and honest. We would highly recommend a visit to their store
