I had a great 1st visit to Smile Hilliard yesterday. The entire staff was so friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Sanyk did a through examination of my teeth and gums and came up with my treatment plan. My insurance was pulled so I knew before I left what I would need to cover out of pocket. I don't love going to the dentist but I am looking forward to coming back to your office in the future!
Absolutely the best experience I have had with a dentist. And I have had quite a few in several states as well as in this area.. With Dr. Sanyk it is truly a team approach which started with my call to make an appointment. Everyone is so pleasant and everyone goes out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. All the staff in this dental office have "pearly white smiles," and are just as friendly and nice as their smiles. Now, after becoming a patient of this office I too have a pearly white smile.
I am a new patient and Everyone was very accommodating. I came a day earlier than my appointment and the team worked together to fit me in. I was shown around so I was able to see the entire practice. I would highly recommend this practice.
