I went here for the first time on Friday. It was very last minute and they still squeezed me in. They were extremely friendly about it. I felt very comfortable with Dr. S and dental hygienist Jenny. They were honest with me about my dental problems and involved me in the process which I appreciated. First impression is that they seem genuine, professional, and good at what they do.
Great staff, great people who are concerned about you and your dental health!
I was very impressed with the personal service I received with my first visit. The front staff was very nice, Jenny was very kind and personable and took real good care of my teeth and Dr Sanyk was extremely welcoming. I will enjoy coming back and am glad I chose this practice! I highly recommend!
I've been to about 4 different dentist offices in Columbus since I relocated here in 2009, and this is by far the best office I've visited. I think I can finally stop looking for a new dentist. The staff is so super friendly and accomodating, even after I flat out missed an appointment and then showed up late to the rescheduled one. I was really relieved to find a good dentist after moving to a new area. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They were much more thorough with explaining what's going on with my teeth than any dentist I've visited previously, and I felt confident and comfortable with their recommendations. They were even helpful with providing info up front of what my insurance may or may not cover--which is always a concern of mine.
Staff and doctor made me at ease and comfortable.
