Brooke was great and took her time to explain everything. Dr. Sanyk is always very thorough. Love all the reminders and notes on earlier appointment opportunities due to cancelations. Had to get an xray that was "due". Was informed it was not covered by insurance. And it would cost $92. Some of the family it was covered but some not? Very confusing. I only wish I was warned up front in regards to the need and cost. To sit down and be told "hay you need an xray and it will check for cancer and by the way it cost $92" is a lit... read more

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad that overall you had a good appointment! To clarify on the x-rays, we follow the ADA recommended guidelines for radiographs for all of our patients. This includes annual bitewing x-rays for posterior teeth and periapical x-rays for anterior teeth which allow us to check for cavities and other concerns. We also take a panoramic x-ray every 3-5 years which allows us to check for oral cancer, tumors, cysts and other sinus and jaw related issues. Dr. Sanyk makes treatment recommend... read more

going to the dentist makes me nervous. they worked quickly but weren't hand-holders to my anxiety. :) they're very thorough which i do appreciate. i've gone to other places where they let you listen to music while your're getting your teeth worked on. something like that would have been nice but overall i have no complaints at all! they made sure my bite was comfortable.

The best experience with a dental office I have ever had.
My experience at Smile Hilliard was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My hygientist, Brooke, was very professional and talked me through the procedure. My teeth felt so good and I was very relaxed at all times. Dr. Sanak was so good to take the time to answer all my questions and again, I felt she was interested in me as a new patient. She seemed truly concerned about all my issues. Thanks, Smile Hilliard for a wonderful first time visit!
Brooke was wonderful! She takes her time to do the cleaning, explain ways to improve your dental care, and answer questions. She is also very kind, like the rest of the team of Smile Hilliard. Love the feeling of my teeth after the cleaning.
I had a cap fail, I sent an e-mail over the weekend and received a call right away Monday, got it and had a great experience getting it repaired!
Looking forward to visiting the dentist was never a thought of mine...Now I wish I could visit more often...The staff and "BOSS LADY" at Smile Hilliard are just good people that are efficient and professional in what they do...Friendly folks who always teach myself how to better care for my teeth...Keep rockin' the 80s tunes!!!
