I don't go to the dentist often. I have dental anxiety, I hate needles, it's never pleasant, the list goes on. Dr. Sandy and her team changed all of that. They made sure I was comfortable, offered coffee and water, gave me a tour of the office...They even have a comfort menu including Netflix and Hulu to watch while they dentist you! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!
I arrived to my appointment a month early (my error) however the staff quickly accommodated me and fit me into the schedule. I was taken back in less than 5 minutes after filling out my electronic new patient paperwork which was very easy. All staff members were VERY friendly. My first experience at Smile Hilliard was great. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but the people at Smile Hilliard were so kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the doors. Jenny was absolutely incredible. She got to know me before she did any x rays, or cleaning. She made me feel very welcome and safe which I believe is key. She also was very helpful in addressing my dental needs. She was understanding and empathetic. I had a great first experience, and I'm sure many more will come!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Smile Hilliard! I had a broken filling and they were able to fit me in the same day! Great ambience, professionalism, and friendliness! I was also pleased with how quickly I was in and out to get my filling fixed!
