I recently moved to the Hilliard area and haven’t established a dentist yet. I ran into some trouble with a tooth over the weekend and sent smile Hilliard a frantic message Sunday afternoon over their website. I was surprised and delighted to receive a call from Danielle first thing after they opened Monday morning. I can handle a lot, but dentistry is a major downfall. I have had several less than comforting dentist experiences. Even a dentist that laid on my hair during an entire root canal, and I didn’t say anything because he seemed like my comfort wasn’t a concern to him anyways 😩. The staff and Dr. Sanyk are great!
We went with Smile Hilliard and couldn’t be happier with the care we got! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They made my three year old daughter feel so comfortable that literally her visit was a breeze! Dr. Sanyk was excellent! She explained everything so thoroughly and was very helpful. The office had a modern clean look and the equipment was top notch! One of the perks of being a new patient is the whiting trays I got, which I can’t wait to try out! We left the office happy. I highly recommend them!
This practice have very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Sanyk is very professional, understands patient's situation, and always try to give good options to plan your treatment.
We love Dr. Sanyk she is really good at what she does and is the main reason we come back because we feel comfortable with her. All the hygienist are really friendly. We personally think the only thing that annoying is being pushed multiple times on something we are not interested in or have said no at least 3xtimes. As well as when you call to reschedule and the front desk asks you your symptoms of being sick and why you need to cancel, pretty annoying And unprofessional.
I am never disappointed. When you actually begin to look forward to going to the dentist, you know that you have found the right one. I never thought that I would be one of those people that talk and laugh while at the dentist office and I found myself doing just that yesterday. Great group of people and great atmosphere. Thank you to all of you that make this an amazing place!!
Everyone was so nice. Even when I received bad news, it didn't feel awful since they had already buttered me up so well.
