Great dental experience
I had a broken filling. Being new to the area I scheduled an appointment at a different office. I was extremely frustrated with that office and cancelled my appointment. I called Smile Hilliard and they were so professional and even got me in the next day. The service was so fast. I loved dr. Henderson and her assistant/hygenist. Unfortunately, I was referred to an Endosontist but I will definitely be returning to Dr. Henderson. She was amazing.
I absolutely loved my experience getting started here. The staff and doctors were amazing, as was the office and special features included. Definitely recommend!!
Hello. This place is truly amazing!! If you don’t already floss, you’ll start because they make you feel so awesome when they tell you about the ZERO cavities they just found!! What what! Never going to another dentist! I’ve found my soul mate... in the teeth cleaning and maintenance category.
This dental office is awesome start to finish! The ladies at the front desk were extremely welcoming and friendly, got me checked in quickly and had all my benefits confirmed in advance of my appointment. My hygienist Jenny was personable and gentle and I felt completely comfortable during my cleaning. Dr. Sanyk is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everything ran on time and was extremely well organized. A+ experience!
The staff is professional and they do a good job but the appointment times do not accommodate working adults. No weekend, late afternoon/early evening (after 430pm), or early morning (before 8am) appointments are available forcing people to take off work to get an appointment here.
