I have to say that from the very beginning of the procedure, I was put at ease. The professionalism with the explanation all the way to the end was phenomenal. I’ve NEVER had a dental procedure done in which I didn’t feel the numbing injection. It was wonderful. Dr. Sanyk pre-numbed the area with a topical solution which made the injection absolutely painless and unnoticed. I wasn’t even sure that she had even done it. My daughter had her first ever dental appointment! Everyone was so nice. They made my daughter feel as comfortable as possible! We were in and out in a timely manner.

Went to Smile Hilliard yesterday and I must say I’m extremely impressed. I was warmly welcomed when I arrived - as the entire office staff made it a point to introduce themselves and shake my hand. The hygienist was super friendly. Everyone was, in fact. It’s quite clear they have a great culture there AND their attention to detail was outstanding. I walked away very happy that my oral surgeon (Fred Sakamoto) referred me to this practice. Thanks for a great experience!
They really care about you and offer good advice. They just do a lot of things right. Dr. Sanyk had the best practice in Columbus hands down
