DO NOT USE! I brought in a custom-made dress shirt that did not have any stains on it when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, there were yellow stains on the front sleeve that were not there before. The shirt was sent back for re-cleaning, but the stains did not come out. What made the situation more frustrating was how it was handled. The staff was rude and did not seem concerned that a custom dress shirt had been damaged while in their care. The turn around time for merchandise is really fast, the quality of the cleaning is far better than most and the staff are personable, I would recommend 100% especially as it has been under NEW MANAGEMENT for the last 3 years.
