This complex has hands down been one of the best I've dealt with. Even when issues arose during my initial rental set up and such the property manager Charity did what was right for ME! I was made to feel wanted, and that I had no reason to be concerned with anything. And at my move in things were impeccable! Friendly staff, responds to maintenance requests promptly
I have lived here for >5 years and it feels like home. I love my huge bedroom & massive closet, the pool is fabulous, work-out center is great, and don't forget the garden plots! I've looked at many condos and I have yet to move because this place has it all and if I were to move I feel I'm "losing" something. Maintenance has always been so prompt when I put requests in. The staff is very helpful as well. Love this place.
We have been here a couple of months and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and very responsive! I've placed a few maintenance requests after moving in which were all handled promptly and professionally. I really like the management and the maintenance crew. The townhome perfectly suits our lifestyle and being close to the woods at the back of the property is perfect for a bird lover like me. Responsive management, clean/updated units, soundproof, fast maintenance staff, and overall just a great place to live. It's a great bang-for-your buck in central Ohio. We were paying the same price for a unit in New Albany that was just abysmal by comparison. Someone complained about the staff professionalism, dog poop, and maintenance staff... And all I really have to say is are you even commenting on the correct apartment complex Facebook page? Zero issues, quality units, quiet environment. Love it.
