I’ve been a customer of Hilliard Automotive since the 90s and had my doubts at first when Cartelli Automotive took over. Chris has been a superb customer service person. Met Austin a couple of times so far and he’s been just fine. They definitely treat their customers with great appreciation. It was hard to live up to the reputation that Randy and Mike built but I have no doubts now that they will continue to grow this automotive business!
Just finished another great experience with our vehicle maintenance at Cartelli. We found our car wouldn’t start consistently and needed to have it in good working order by the next afternoon, so we called Cartelli’s and they told us to bring it in ASAP. They weren’t sure they could get it taken care of that afternoon, but they would be able to get it diagnosed the next morning to determine next steps for repair; however, we received a call late that afternoon telling us they had found and fixed the problem!
