I thought I had a big problem on my 24 year-old car but they did a diagnostic and found out. It was a small problem. They fixed it and now my car runs like new again. Communication was no problem and customer service was top-notch. I will be back
I have been to two other reputable automotive shops in recent years and have always received a laundry list of suggested repairs with each visit. However, when a friend recommended Hilliard’s, it was such a breath of fresh air. They did not try to up sell me (especially as a female customer), and their service was honest, timely, and reasonably priced. I have finally found my new go-to automotive shop!
Same-day fix for A/C, compressor, belt, and rear brakes. In at 8 AM, out by 5 PM. Constant updates through their platform, clear and detailed. Staff was attentive and honest—they showed me the damaged parts. 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty. 5 stars. No doubt.
Extremely honest work. Had an issue with a misplaced fuse I was unaware of and they got everything handled within 5 minutes of me dropping it off!
Highly recommend these folks. They are professional, polite, extremely helpful, and they know their stuff.
