Cool people. Nice professional
Bob is a nice guy but 3 months later and I had no idea if or when he was going to come and work on my windows. Sent photos, sized the windows and did everything he asked but couldn’t get him out to do the work. Very bummed.
After a break-in at one of my properties, Bob from Hillestad Glass Co. came out at once to measure for a glass door replacement. Within a very short time the glass door was replaced. Very good service and a price I could handle.
A small window pane from my 1970s wood window broke on the coldest day of the year. I brought enough in to get a good measurement for a pane to be cut. He cut the glass right then in not much time at all and it cost $7. Then he talked me through the process, sold me a hardware item for $1, and gave me a partially used tube of caulk to finish the job. Only takes cash or check in the shop. Might be an okay window service, but this guy asked me to send an email about my window replacement need, which I promptly did, and then I got no response. So, I’ve got nothing good to say about a businessman who cannot follow up his own request. Maybe you will get better service. I don’t recommend.
