My mom's dashboard in her van was dead and I dropped off her van on a Friday thinking that she wouldn't be able to get it fixed until the following Monday. But Mike found the cause of the wiring issue and went ahead and fixed it. Mom & I were very grateful he was able to go ahead and take care of it the day I dropped it off.
