Very professional crew and decent communication from all support staff. One of the best teams I have seen after multiple moves in the DC area.
My furniture was packed and placed in storage by Hilldrup. Unaware that during the storage period, the company would move to a new facility and hence move my furniture. They tout moving in record time, while my furniture and packed good sustained damage. It has been over 1 month and I still do not have resolution to my damaged furniture. I would never use Hilldrup again. They came recommended to us by family (who have also since had a negative experience). Issues started from the beginning when they did not send enough packers to complete our pre-move packing. The individual was nice but there was too much work for her to complete in the allotted time. We were unable to get ahold of our move coordinator to resolve that day, and had to call the central dispatch line. This is my second PCS with the Dept of State, first with Hilldrup…and by far, the best experience. Professional, organized, clean, and responsive. I absolutely recommend.
Hilldrup Moving And Storage-Stafford was outstanding! I’m in the Navy and this is our 3rd PCS and they were by far the best moving company we have dealt with! Mary T**** was extremely responsive over email and phone and was quick to answer any and all of our questions. The moving team was excellent as well.
