I lived here for 7 years and loved it and the sense of community before Peak Management took over. They raised my rent by about $200 the first year and wanted to raise it another $200 the next while making no meaningful improvements to the quality of the living experience so I had to leave. Now I hear a bunch of apartments are sitting empty. Such a shame.
Great place to live. Maintenance is always helpfull and perfessional.
I really love the historic charm of this property! Hillcrest has a very comforting atmosphere and you absolutely cannot beat the convenience of its location. The staff from personal to maintenance are all so nice and easy to talk to. Warm and cozy all around.
That guy Dominic is totally the best maintenance guy ever. Rest of the team is good too!
