RecommendedJust gotta say, "this is the place"- for ladies to live while going to BYU-I. Not only is the rent very reasonable, but management is always on their game to make sure tenants are safe and comfortable in their apartments all year round. It's across the street from campus, a five-minute walk to the temple, and there's always parking. I love living here and would honestly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.
This will be my 6th semester living at Hillcrest, I adore this place! The amenities, rooms, and roommates make the place feel like home and the management is unbeatable! They care about each tenant individually and create such fun apartment activities! It’s awesome.
It is an amazing place that actually feels like a home. I don’t feel overcrowded and everybody is really nice. The internet isn’t always the best here though, but that is the only negative thing to say about this place. It’s a wonderful place to be living.

I lived at Hillcrest in the late 80's as a freshman at Ricks! Great location and perfect for off campus living. Glad to see its still there :)
My favorite place to live at byu Idaho. The managers are amazing and rent is reasonable as well. Any problems you may have, the managers work with you. It's great!
