The neighborhood is generally quiet and that's as far as the positives go. I've lived at this complex for 3 years and have had constant issues with with my ac/heat not working, various plumbing issues, old outdated appliances, cracks, leaks, and all types of issues. Maintenance does half jobs most of the time and I have to keep calling them back. They don't even have enough maintenance people. The ac was not properly installed. Has a severe roach problem, lived here for 2 years and been dealing with it. 855 a month for a1 bedroom . NOT WORTH IT!
I just moved here and it has been just heaven! So peaceful and the staff here are so hard working and friendly !! Any maintenance issues are taken care of so quickly
The manager ..we all know prior she came to work she was a LA and the manager that was there turned this property around. She is just riding off of someone else work. Years back we all know now why the other manager after cleaning the property up was dimiss because other people wanted to step up and I guess upper manager believe it. This place hasnt been right sense and they sold it. Our laundry area stay down for months before they got fix. The units could use an upgrade. Hillcrest is nothing what it use to be.
