Nice big and very well kept
They look nice and are in a decent neighborhood but you will be at risk of exposure to carbon monoxide. The gas company came and turned my gas on and he said the water heater was not installed properly which puts is at risk. It also took almost a month to get a copy of my signed lease for some reason. The on site manager is terrible as well. Also there is a roach and bug infestation in these townhomes. $1805/month for all these problems? Absolutely ridiculous!
This is the best apartment community in Las Vegas. Their staff is wonderful and very professional!
