Do not every buy a home if it's managed by Hillcrest. They do nothing to provide safe living conditions. You can never reach them via phone or email and the building is falling apart at Euclid Terrace. Not responsive, unproductive. Our late assessments have been ignored. My calls (left messages) and email regarding our options and what legal action they take on behalf of our style board have not been responded to. A system whereby their employees in our office called the late accounts, mailed remainders to the late accounts, and, at some point, referred the late account for legal action was stopped without any notice or request from our style board.
Terrible service!!! A week ago, I called to request a service for replacement of water shut off valves. I spoke twice with Mary, who told me they require 48-hour notice. Last Thursday (February 18), I spoke with Theresa, who made an appointment for today, March 6, with s 9am-noon window. Since you do not work on weekends, I had to take an unpaid day off of work. DO NOT BUY OR RENT IF PROPERTY IS MANAGED BY HILLCREST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. The most incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest people I have had the displeasure of dealing with. This MOB operating management include the likes of Scott Millard, and his comrade Nancy Erwin. If a problem ever arises in your unit, they will NEVER resolve it. This is by far the worse Association. They are disrespectful and ridiculous. They don't listen to the owners, they just create ridiculous rules and regulations that only caused problems! I wish I could sell this property already, but on top of that, the prices have go down thanks to all the bad reviews this Association gets.
The worst!! I've had an on going battle with them for 8 years. They claim I have unpaid and late fees on my association dues. I have never been late nor have I ever missed a payment. I have called them more times than I can count. You get VM or someone telling you your call will be returned. Calls are never returned. All I get is a statement ledger in the mail telling me to pay up! I've lived in this complex for 20+ years. the past 10 years, under Hillcrest Management, have been the worst. We have now the highest assessments in the area, and the worst service. Our lawn is bare and has been for the past 5-6 years. The Lawn crew keep cutting the dirt with their equipment and even after and during rains, leaving great ruts in the mud. I've continually requested this problem be addressed, to no avail. But, just don't pay your assessments on time and see what happens. Awful service. Avoid.
Hillcrest Property Management is very substandard Yes this is a garbage property management company. Maybe they will wake up when they see how terrible their reviews are and no more associations want to go with them. Their service is terrible and all work done is half ass. Do not use them.
My property has been managed by Hillcrest Property Management for years. They are the worst and they are rude. Avoid them like the plague.
