Don’t bother to go there if you need any mental health. Most of us know not to go to a mental health facility because they don’t care. Romo gave a referral to a psychiatrist who doesn’t call you. I called them several times as well. I called this office they say the referral is PENDING for at least 7 business days. Unacceptable.

A toxic environment with belittling people. Check your MyChart folks. I was amazed at the lies put in there, some even in quotation marks or taken out of context. They love to promise you tests to check for causes of symptoms and not follow through. I have never met such chauvinistic women! Also, check the ICD codes for labs if you don't know them. They expect us to be lumbering buffoons, but I just fired my PCP. Don't forget, they work for You!

Turned away even though I was early for my appointment because I was “supposed to be there at 3:45” my appointment wasn’t until 4 and I arrived at 3:55. I’ve never had a clinic do that, total waste of my time and rude staff. Don’t go here.
