Left my apartment on 3685 7th Ave completely clean and spotless and they kept my security deposit and had the guts to charge me an additional $200. Taking them to small claims. Beware future renters, they are predatory and will try to take advantage. Units were outdated, and requested services took weeks to complete. Slum lord in all of the meanings.
*update* I just moved last week for work but I ended up living in this building for a total of 3.5 years and I loved it! I loved the apartments and the neighborhood as well. Highly recommend! I've been living here for a year and it's great! The location is perfect, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are in walking distance. Not to mention all the bars and restaurants! I had an apartment I was interested in and I got in touch with Rob, the property manager. He was such a lovely person to speak to, and he answered all my questions and explained the process very patiently. I even had a chance to look around the complex. Even though I didn't end up signing I highly recommend for anyone to check it out.
I have lived here for 4 years and I love it! It’s a walkable area and close to grocery shop and wonderful restaurants! The apartments have a great floor plan and are decorated with hardwood floors and lots of builtin cabinetry. Our manger is on site and he is the best. Rob takes really good care of us!
