Just finished almost 2.5 years there. Great apartment and Rob is especially incredible. Very equitable, approachable, and treats his tenants like human beings. Thanks for everything!
Left my apartment on 3685 7th Ave completely clean and spotless and they kept my security deposit and had the guts to charge me an additional $200. Taking them to small claims. Beware future renters, they are predatory and will try to take advantage. Units were outdated, and requested services took weeks to complete. Slum lord in all of the meanings.
*update* I just moved last week for work but I ended up living in this building for a total of 3.5 years and I loved it! I loved the apartments and the neighborhood as well. Highly recommend! I've been living here for a year and it's great! The location is perfect, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are in walking distance. Not to mention all the bars and restaurants! The hospital is about a 10 minute walk as well. The best part about these apartments is the manager Rob. Hes super helpful and a genuinely nice guy. Highly... read more
