We stopped in for a tour while in the area, and the lady in the office had a nasty attitude from the moment we walked in. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping us was a problem. She bragged about needing 700+ credit scores, yet the building hallway walls was dirty. It gave nyc project apartments. The model apartment was decent, but her attitude and the condition of the property hallway did not match the standards she was trying to sell.

I moved here with my son at the beginning of March and found the place to be quite cozy. There are a ton of places to shop and eat, plus it not to far from the train station making public transportation easy. Jessica was easy to work with and made the paperwork a breeze.

I moved into my newly updated apartment on March 1st and immediately fell in love with the area, it's conveniently located near stores and supermarkets. HillCrest Oaks Apartments has all brand-new appliances, which has made settling in even better. The property manager is very professional and made the entire process smooth and easy for my son and me. We truly enjoy living here, it's peaceful and quiet and feels like home.

Let me begin by saying the leasing office agent Jessica is extremely kind, helpful & always answers phone calls and emails quickly. The move in process was extremely fast & easy. Secondly, maintenance is SUPER quick to respond to requests. I had a few minor maintenance issues upon moving in, (thermostat batteries dying, air conditioner leaking) and maintenance has came that same day to repair the issues. My building is very quiet. Laundry unit in each entrance is a plus. I have no complaints living here.
