Let me begin by saying the leasing office agent Jessica is extremely kind, helpful & always answers phone calls and emails quickly. The move in process was extremely fast & easy. Secondly, maintenance is SUPER quick to respond to requests. I had a few minor maintenance issues upon moving in, (thermostat batteries dying, air conditioner leaking) and maintenance has came that same day to repair the issues. My building is very quiet. Laundry unit in each entrance is a plus. I have no complaints living here.
My husband and I having been living here for a little over a month and so far so good! Based off the previous reviews, we had our reservations but after being informed by the property manager, Jessica that the apartments were under new management, I felt relieved. Jessica has great customer service. She accommodated my wife and I's needs easily. The complex itself is nice and I am comfortable. Would recommend the complex to a friend or family for sure.
Really nice apartment, everything looks good and is well taken care of. The staff always treated me great. Jessica was always in touch with me and answered all my questions throughout the process. I felt comfortable living here, definitely recommend it.
