I could cry. My husband went to the Urgent care with bon secours Aug 25 for a ruptured varicose vein in his left leg that was causing lots of pain. He was told to walk. Waste of time. 2 nights ago, he complained that it got worse and traveled up to his groin area. Putting my faith in Bon Secours, I took him to the ER in Simpsonville. Big mistake. NO blood draw, no ultrasound, absolutely nothing past vitals and a visual exam. We were angry and so hurt. Last night, I gave in and took him to this ER and what a difference it was... read more

They were great with my husband. They found blood clots in his leg and were very throughout.

It’s 12am as I entered the Emergency Room was very quiet and empty. It took 42min to take me a room with excruciating pain running down my leg was there for about 3hrs with no RN or NP to come in the room. When asked I came to ask where was the Doc they said I needed to keep waiting only ONE PHYSICIAN ON SITE WHAT KIND OF PATIENT CARE is this? Staff was very careless not attentive at all. Lack of cleanliness!!!!!! Yikes still waiting.. it’s 3:34 am and the Doc never came to see me but the RN came with injections “pain meds” ... read more

We had a good experience at this ER. My fiance went in around 5am with severe pain and was quickly seen, diagnosed and treated. Dr. Pecheny and the nurse, Heather (I believe), were both friendly, attentive and made sure we understood everything.

I had come in last night. The staff was respectful and covered all their bases with me. The doctor I saw was very kind, asked lots of questions, ran tests, bloodwork and urine samples. They were thorough and would most likely go back if needed. I hope no more future visits are needed though.
